In general, we can do cardio exercise for at least 150 minutes per week for normal exercise. And 75 minutes per week for maximum intensity exercise, which can be observed from the heart rate. High-intensity exercise will result in the heart beating at a rate of 70-85% of the maximum heart rate. 

In addition, you should exercise for an appropriate amount of time per session to prevent injury.
