Massage to increase milk production

       Breast massage is a way to increase milk supply by stimulating the milk ducts in the mammary glands.

How to prepare

      Before the massage, simply wash your hands and apply a warm compress to your breasts for about 1-3 minutes. Then gently massage your breasts to stimulate milk production in various positions.

Increase breast milk in 6 steps

  1. Butterfly stroke : Place your hand on the inner breast with your fingers together. Massage from the inner breast outward in a circular motion.
  2. Fingertip circles : Using the palm of one hand, place the fingertips of the other hand over the areola and massage in circular motion. Repeat 5 times.
